Jennifer Lopez Just Served Up the Ultimate Fashion #TBT

Jennifer Lopez has come a long way since she was Jenny from the Block, not least of all in her fashion sense. These days, her wardrobe is more polished than streetwise, but every now and then, she’ll throw it back in a look that magically combines both. That’s what she did earlier this afternoon when she stepped out in New York wearing a heather grey tracksuit that felt like a modern, grown-up take on the bubblegum-pink Juicy Couture velour separates she made famous in her 2001 music video, “I’m Real.” Lopez’s sweats were trimmed in a metallic side stripe, which elongated the silhouette and added a diva-appropriate touch of shine. She kept the tone-on-tone message going with silver mirrored shades and suede ankle booties with exposed zippers. The choice of shoe felt more sophisticated than a sneaker, and she took that idea and ran with it by carrying her trusty  Hermès Birkin  instead of a gym tote. Happy Anniversary! 14 Memorable Moments From Bill and Hillary Clinton’s 42-Year Marriage

Earlier this year, Vogue excerpted a passage from Hillary Clinton's new memoir, What Happened. In the section in question, Clinton detailed how her husband Bill helped her in the immediate aftermath of her shocking election loss. The glimpse into those private moments following her concession speech were extremely memorable, but what perhaps most stayed in readers' minds was Clinton's closing line. After saying how she stayed offline for the first day after she returned home to her Chappaqua, New York, house, Clinton wrote, "I was grateful for the one billionth time that I had a husband who was good company not just in happy times but sad ones as well."
That's the mark of a strong marriage, and in the Clintons' case, it's a union that has lasted forty-two years. But for Bill and Hillary, the moment when they first met doesn't seem like so long ago. Last year at the Democratic National Convention, Bill described the first time he met the woman who would become the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate. “She had thick blonde hair, big glasses, wore no makeup, and she had a sense of strength and self-possession that I found magnetic,” Clinton reminisced. Fast forward from that moment they met while attending law school at Yale, to their wedding in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on this day back in 1975.
Bill and Hillary Clinton’s romance has certainly gone through its fair share of tumultuous times, but in the end they still remain one of history’s most charming, most endearing First Couples. Above, take a look back at some of their most memorable moments as law school students, political activists, parents, and politicians, but mainly, as a husband-and-wife team of 42 years.
